This year Lemfun Play opened another brand new indoor playground in Texas, USA. As an important project for us in the Dutch market, we have spent a lot of time and effort in following up and finalizing this project, and are committed to giving each of our customers the best possible purchasing experience, and giving children an indoor recreation area where they can have fun, exercise, and build friendships.Lemfun is a manufacturer of indoor playgrounds and trampolines that has been in business for many years, and we have a very extensive experience in foreign trade sales. In this article I will introduce Lemfun Play's project in Texas, U.S.A. from the inception of the project to the implementation of many details, we will use this case to let every customer know more about our products and our company culture.

Lemfun Play follows an  professional design process. Before designing an indoor playground for a client, our salesperson will send the client a variety of catalogs and price lists to help the client determine the desired design style and play items. We also recommend different styles of products based on the customer's city and size of the site. Of course, the customer has the highest say in the final direction of the indoor playground design, and we always respect the customer's choice. Our client contacted us through our corporate website, and we worked tirelessly to realize this great project, which is another great success story for us in the US market. The client needed a 108 square meter indoor playground in his rented space and wanted us to design a space-themed indoor playground based on the dimensions of the space.

Our indoor playground takes reference from many successful openings, drawing on Lemfun Play's other space-themed design styles and building on that. We have introduced a range of fun and cute decorations inspired by many classic movies and science fiction novels with a cosmic theme. In addition, we also incorporated space-themed amenities into the playground, including children's slides, sandbags, building blocks, swinging bridges, and an ocean ball pool. These fun and attractive items complemented the overall theme and resulted in a fun and interesting indoor playground design in the renderings. The client was so pleased with the design that they decided to purchase additional play items and paid a 40% deposit.

Since it is the first time for the customer to import from abroad, there are many doubts about the process of Lemfun Play in designing and producing the products, and there is a certain degree of concern about our quotation and product quality. In terms of product quotation, Lemfun Play will base on the customer's needs, venue size and planned budget when designing products and providing quotations for the customer. Our designs will be designed to meet the customer's needs to the greatest extent possible while meeting the customer's budget. When quoting a price, we will match the equipment and components to the customer's budget and the product standards of the customer's country, and the price we offer is very reasonable and favorable. In the newly opened playground, we use 1.8mm steel pipe. Although it would be more expensive to use this material, the use of 1.8mm and above steel pipe is the only way to meet the standard of ASTM1918-21/1413-21, which is the authoritative certification for playgrounds in the U.S., and to enter the U.S. market. After we fully explained this to the customer, they expressed their understanding and praised our professionalism.

The thickness of our redwood board is 1.5cm, which can effectively prevent moisture and fire. In the processing of steel, we use alkane to prevent rust, and we also use electrostatic baking paint technology to ensure that our steel can be long-lasting. Our plastic products are made of LLDPE, which is guaranteed to be non-toxic and harmless to humans. In order to allay the customer's concerns, we showed him real-time production video of our workshop, and the customer was very satisfied with our rigorous production process, and believed that we could make a product of excellent quality for him.

On opening day, Lemfun Play's space-themed indoor playground was filled with laughter and endless excitement. At the entrance, the giant spaceship model and the twinkling starlight walkway attracted children's attention, and everyone couldn't wait to enter this fantasy space world. Parents were excitedly holding their cameras, ready to capture every precious moment.
